Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process payoff requests, corrections, reamortizations, payment skips, and file maintenance for consumer loans.
• Ensure refunds and loan payments are properly credited or applied to Member loans.
• Handle payoff processing and coordinate title release.
• Evaluate insurance settlements and coordinate title release and Letters of Guarantee.
• Review DMV packets for accuracy and prepare for processing.
• Respond to inquiries from Members, third parties, and team members regarding loan servicing, payoffs, and DMV questions.
• Assist Members, branches, and other departments via phone with DMV questions and title issues.
