Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related loan servicing experience.
• Knowledge of DMV processing and title handling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan servicing software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members and teams with post-funding loan inquiries and DMV title processing.
• Process payoff requests, corrections, reamortizations, and file maintenance.
• Ensure refunds and loan payments are applied correctly to loans.
• Coordinate DMV title releases and lien releases for paid-off loans.
• Review DMV packets for accuracy and prep for processing.
• Respond to inquiries about loans, payoffs, DMV questions, and loan information.
• Submit files to DMV to secure collateral and reduce penalties.
• Maintain knowledge of DMV policies and SOPs; explain to members.
• Assist branches and departments via phone queues on DMV issues.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and training (e.g., BSA).
