• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Validates the accuracy of loan data interfaced from the loan origination system to the core accounting system for indirect and consumer single-collateral loans.
• Reviews documents to ensure signatures, terms, and pages are correct; resolves basic issues such as missing signatures or incorrect VIN.
• Classifies documents using imaging software; ensures proper categorization for imaging and retention compliance.
• Participates in training to stay current on loan documentation procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors loan files, identifies discrepancies, and escalates complex issues to senior staff; supports process improvements.
