Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Assistant to support the department's day-to-day operations. You will process payoff requests, assist with mail handling, and help with verifications and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tasks of Loan Servicing staff.
• Handle opening and sorting mail, including FedEx & USPS.
• Process daily incoming mail checks and payoff requests via checks, wires, and ACH.
• Answer phones and monitor Loan Servicing emails & faxes.
• Prepare reports and support month-end activities.
• Process loan verifications and ensure accuracy of Loan Servicing forms.
• Assist with testing upgrades and new system processes for servicing interface.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC and internal policies.
