Job summary

Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union in Pennsylvania seeks a Loan Processor to handle internet, telephone, and referred loan applications, guiding members through the lending process and ensuring timely decisions.

You will cross-sell FMFCU products, educate members on loan options, and work with Loan Officers to move files to approval while meeting production goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of financial services/banking experience, or equivalent experience.
• Telemarketing experience preferred.
• NMLS License required.

Responsibilities

• Processes internet, telephone and referred membership, loan, and deposit applications.
• Cross-sells additional FMFCU products and services to qualified applicants.
• Educates members on types of loans, rates, and payments processes.
• Meets or exceeds monthly and annual production and scorecard goals.
• Interfaces with Loan Officers and loan processor to move loans to decision.
• Maintains compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC policies.
