• Perform post-closing documentation and reviews for consumer, residential real estate, and commercial loans.
• Conduct QC reviews to ensure accurate servicing data and documentation.
• Handle eRequests for loan servicing tasks such as Skip-A-Pay, payoff letters, and payment postings.
