Job summary

You will work with consumer, mortgage, credit card, and business loans, delivering a smooth member experience and cross-selling credit union products where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional loan servicing support and respond to member questions.
• Process loan and credit card changes, modifications, and payments.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
• Assist with loan closings, releases, file maintenance, and archiving.
• Monitor insurance and collateral documentation.
• Support mortgage, consumer, and business loan servicing needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete requests accurately.
