FMFCU/SFN in Chadds Ford, PA is seeking a Loan Servicing Support specialist. The role assists day-to-day Loan Servicing tasks, including mail handling, payoff requests, and payments via checks, wires, and ACH.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong MS Office and communication skills; the position offers a competitive pay range and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 3 years related experience required.
• Customer/Member Service experience is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day work tasks of Loan Servicing staff.
• Assists with opening and sorting mail, including FedEx & USPS.
• Processes daily incoming mail checks and payoff requests via checks, wires, and ACH.
• Answers phones, monitors Loan Servicing emails & faxes, and assists with tickets.
• Supports month-end activities and reports processing.
• Ensures accuracy of Loan Servicing forms and updates core systems as needed.
• Assists with testing of upgrades and new system processes for servicing interface.
