Qualifications

• Experience with loan systems and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Boards new/renewed loan transactions to ALS and CL Systems.
• Servicing transactions for all states.
• Reviews and codes loans for loading into the loan system.
• Contacts preparers to resolve data questions or inconsistencies.
• Enters data from source documents into the system; follows required formats.
• Ensures data accuracy by comparing entries to source documents.
• Clears unposted loan transactions daily and processes loan payments.
