• Research and resolve unposted consumer and mortgage loan payments.
• Maintain loan ticklers and follow up on required documentation.
• Review loan data and transaction reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with loan document imaging, scanning, electronic filing, and organization.
• Monitor non-escrowed real estate taxes for delinquency.
• Assist with the annual mass escrow analysis.
• Maintain accurate active and closed loan files in retention compliance.
• Provide backup support and cross-train within the Loan Department.
• Follow all bank security policies and applicable laws.
