Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented loan servicing support professional to provide exceptional service to loan and investor customers.

You will handle data entry, auditing, and various servicing tasks in compliance with investor guidelines and legal requirements. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong communication skills, with responsibilities spanning payoff calculations, escrow setups, and monthly statements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent training/experience.
• Associates Degree in business-related field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in loan servicing and customer service preferred.
• Secondary market experience preferred.
• Experience with loan tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter/audit new loan information in loan servicing system.
• Calculate servicing and pricing splits for investors, seller banks and correspondents.
• Prepare tax contracts for non-escrow loans.
• Set up initial escrow allocations for loan accounting.
• Calculate loan payoffs and verify mortgages upon request.
• Scan and index new loan information.
• Process billing statements per schedule.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone/email promptly and courteously.
• Follow procedures for past due accounts.
• Prepare/mail monthly line of credit activity statements.
