Job summary

The role includes boarding new/renewed loans, processing servicing transactions, data entry, validation, and reconciling unposted items while ensuring compliance with banking laws such as BSA.

Qualifications

• Certification in Banking Regulations (Reg. B, Reg. CC, Reg. O, Reg. Z).
• Certification in HMDA Compliance.
• Certification in CRA, RESPA, RMR Regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and bank personnel.

Responsibilities

• Boards new/renewed loan transactions to the ALS and CL Systems.
• Performs servicing transactions for all states.
• Codes loans per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Contacts document preparers to resolve data questions.
• Enters data from source documents and checks for errors.
• Researches and processes customer loan payments daily.
• Performs loan maintenance according to policy.
• Ensures compliance with banking laws including BSA.
