Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Commercial Banking Coordinator II to support Commercial Bankers through loan origination, documentation, closing, and servicing processes. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and proactive customer support in a professional banking environment.

You will collaborate with Commercial Banking Officers and various departments to ensure efficient loan processing, maintain audit-ready records, and uphold strong internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information required for loan origination (credit reports, appraisals, title work, insurance information, flood determinations).
• Prepare disbursement worksheets and loan documentation checklists.
• Ensure loan files are complete and compliant with bank policies.
• Scan and maintain loan documentation in bank systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support daily loan transactions.
• Serve as liaison between Commercial Banking Officers, Loan Documentation, and Loan Operations.
• Maintain audit-ready loan documentation.
