Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in loan administration, loan servicing, or a closely related area.
• Two or more years of experience supervising employees, leading teams, or providing formal work direction.
• Experience with investor servicing, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHLB requirements, and secondary-market operations.
• Experience supporting regulatory, investor, or independent audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for the Loan Administration department.
• Oversee end-to-end servicing operations, controls, data integrity, and member service across loan products.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and ensure compliant policies, procedures, and QA programs.
• Administer investor servicing requirements and support secondary-market activities, audits, and system governance.
