Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of loan servicing or related lending operations.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of lending regulations and record retention.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with core processing systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily loan servicing operations for consumer, auto, mortgage and other products.
• Oversee payment processing, payoff requests, account maintenance, escrow administration.
• Ensure servicing activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate loan servicing staff.
• Serve as escalation point for complex inquiries and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with lending, collections, compliance, accounting, and branches.
• Monitor reports, exceptions, and quality control findings for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate loan records and required documentation.
