Job summary

MIT Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Loan Administration Manager to lead the Loan Administration department, directing end-to-end servicing operations and ensuring data integrity across consumer and mortgage products. You will supervise a high-performing team, maintain compliant policies, and support investor servicing requirements in line with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHLB standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in loan administration/servicing or related area.
• 2+ years supervising employees or providing work direction.
• Experience with investor servicing (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHLB) and secondary-market operations.
• Experience supporting regulatory, investor, or independent audits.
• Experience with Fiserv DNA in a loan servicing/administration environment preferred; SMB experience a plus.
• Experience developing operational controls, QA programs, performance metrics, and management reporting.
• Experience managing servicing vendors, business continuity planning, audits/examinations, system testing, and change implementation preferred.
• Experience leading process improvement, workflow automation, digital servicing, or servicing transformation initiatives.
• Industry certification or advanced degree such as MBA or CMB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for the Loan Administration department.
• Oversee end-to-end servicing operations, controls, data integrity, and member service across consumer, home equity, real estate, investor mortgage, indirect, and future loan products.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on scalable service delivery.
• Maintain compliant policies, procedures, and quality-assurance programs.
• Administer investor servicing requirements and support secondary-market activities; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support audits, examinations, system governance, vendor oversight, business continuity, reporting, and servicing transformation.
