Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years or more in banking or credit union operations.
• Two years in loan servicing or a closely related function preferred.
• Experience with Fiserv DNA core system preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service nationwide real estate and consumer loan portfolios.
• Protect collateral interests and maintain accurate loan records.
• Administer escrow and insurance requirements.
• Complete post-closing quality assurance.
• Resolve member servicing needs and inquiries.
