Availa Bank seeks a Loan Servicing Manager to lead the Loan Servicing and Loan Operations teams, ensuring accurate, timely processing, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. You will guide staff, resolve complex servicing issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and controls.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, supervisory experience, and a deep understanding of loan servicing lifecycle, including escrow and general ledger activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in Loan Servicing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience and relevant loan experience preferred; or the equivalent combination of both.
• Loan dual control/FDICIA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development for the Loan Servicing and Loan Operations teams.
• Serve as the department’s subject matter expert for complex loan servicing and system-related matters.
• Oversee loan servicing activities including booking, maintenance, and servicing in core system.
• Maintain knowledge of escrow administration, and loan data accuracy and controls.
• Lead procedures development to ensure efficient, compliant operations and continuous improvement.
