Job summary

Availa Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead the Loan Servicing Department, oversee staff, and ensure efficient processing of commercial, agricultural, consumer, and mortgage loans. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and cross‑department collaboration to service clients accurately and maintain internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in the banking or lending environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience and relevant loan experience preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy; basic keyboarding skills are required.
• Working knowledge of loan policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development for the Loan Servicing and Loan Operations staff.
• Serve as primary subject matter expert for complex loan servicing and system issues.
• Oversee accurate booking, maintenance, and servicing of loans in the core system.
• Maintain working knowledge of the Fiserv Precision core banking system and related processes.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate with Credit, Accounting, Lending, Risk, Compliance, IT and other departments to resolve issues and drive improvements.
