Job summary

First Fed is seeking a Loan Servicing Lead to organize and guide daily activities across the department, ensuring accurate processing of loan boardings, payments, payoffs, and escrows. You will train staff and maintain strong customer service for internal and external clients.

The role requires solid knowledge of loan products and servicing tasks, with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with loan servicing experience.
• Strong understanding of loans, collateral, GL and suspense accounts.
• Experience with consumer, mortgage, commercial and SBA loans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loan servicing activities.
• Process complex loan boardings, quality control reviews, and payoffs.
• Handle customer account requests including payments, payoff quotes, escrows.
• Provide training and guidance to loan servicing staff.
• Balance the general ledger monthly.
