Qualifications

• Associate degree or certified equivalency with 3+ years loan servicing experience.
• Experience with a wide range of loan products including consumer, mortgage, commercial and SBA.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities in Loan Servicing.
• Process complex loan boardings, quality control reviews, payoffs and file maintenance within SLA.
• Support staff development and provide guidance for various loan servicing tasks.
• Maintain GL balance and assist in reporting and reconciliations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
