• Lead, train and support the Loan Servicing staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee day-to-day loan servicing operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staff coverage, identify efficiency improvements, and resolve complex issues.
• Partner with other departments to support system changes and testing as needed.
