Qualifications

• 1 year Customer Service experience in any field.
• 6 months Collections experience, a plus.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative approach, contributing to a respectful and productive work environment.
• Excels in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive sales techniques to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Persuade customers to pay due amounts by phone or mail and explore refinancing options.
• Close loans by explaining all loan requirements and ensuring proper documentation.
• Make collection calls on overdue accounts and locate past-due customers.
• Enter payments into loan management software and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with payment extensions and keep detailed collection notes on accounts.
