• Audits consumer loan files within required time frame with minimal errors and informs management of auditing concerns.
• Prepares title applications, submits to state and follows up on outstanding titles.
• Ensures all titles and UCCs are recorded promptly and reports issues to management.
• Maintains logs and weekly/monthly reports for audits, titles, UCCs, and new loans.
• Delivers accurate, professional service to members and responds to inquiries within one day; maintains confidentiality.
