• Audit consumer loan files within required timeframes with minimal errors and inform management of any concerns.
• Prepare title applications and submit to state, follow up on outstanding titles.
• Ensure all titles and UCCs are recorded timely and report issues to manager.
• Maintain dept logs and weekly/monthly reports accurately and timely.
