Job summary

New Hampshire Community Loan Fund Inc. in Concord, NH, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support loan servicing operations with hybrid work options.

You will assist with processing loan servicing transactions, monitor insurance requirements, review closed loans, and support covenant and collateral management to ensure data integrity. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years in banking/loan servicing, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience and minimum 2 year’s experience in commercial banking or loan servicing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and work habits that support involvement in multiple areas and tasks at one time.
• Ability to utilize computer systems, personal computers and Windows driven programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing of loan servicing transactions including posting payments and updating servicing systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to loan servicing, insurance, billing, and payments.
• Monitor required insurance and update servicing information as directed.
• Review newly closed and modified loans for data integrity in systems.
• Support collateral management and data accuracy across platforms.
• Prepare and record partial releases of real property.
• Support covenant monitoring and management.
• Assist borrowers with servicing issues and escalate as needed.
• Participate with Senior Credit Administrator and others on calls as appropriate.
• Help with loan closings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide high level support to program lenders and external servicing partners.
