Job summary

Triangle Credit Union in Nashua, NH is seeking a Compliance Specialist (Full Time, Onsite with hybrid option) to support the Compliance Department. The role covers monitoring, regulatory research, documentation, and training across lending, deposits, and operations, reporting to the SVP of Compliance.

The candidate will manage the regulatory library, retention programs, and policy updates, while handling subpoenas and routine inquiries. A 2-year degree and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related compliance experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent certification.
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory materials.
• Familiarity with federal consumer protection regulations (Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg B, Reg E, RESPA, HMDA, SCRA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage library of letters, forms, and disclosures and ensure current versions.
• Review marketing materials and disclosures for regulatory accuracy.
• Manage document retention and approval processes.
• Review policies for regulatory compliance and suggest updates.
• Conduct regulatory research and summarize changes; assist updates.
• Process subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and other requests.
• Respond to routine compliance questions from staff.
• Support BSA/AML duties during absences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
