Responsibilities

• Audits consumer loan files within the required time frame with minimal errors; informs management of auditing concerns.
• Prepares title applications, submits to state and follows up on all outstanding titles.
• Ensure all titles and UCCs are recorded in a timely manner and inform your manager of any issues.
• All department logs (audit, title UCC, new loans) and weekly/monthly reports to be completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate and professional service to new and existing members both internal and external; respond to members by phone or e-mail within one day.
• Maintains, organizes, and secures the file room; and perform other related duties as assigned.
