Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with loan processing systems (Fiserv or Jack Henry) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-desk coverage and responds to inbound communications from members and branches.
• Maintains accurate loan documentation and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Delivers timely reports and administrative support to the Commercial Loan Services Manager.
• Manages multiple priorities and facilitates clear communication among internal departments, lenders, and clients.
• Inputs and updates loan information in the lending system and core system; books loans in the core system and LoanVantage.
