Job summary

Wallace Finance is seeking an Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and support growth at our branches. This role involves helping customers with questions, processing loan payments, and guiding applicants through the loan process.

You will build positive relationships, monitor loan status, and collaborate with management to maintain branch standards. Occasional travel may be required, and a strong friendly demeanor is essential.

• Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep customers informed about loan status.
• Contact customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments.
• Partner with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business.
