Wallace Finance is seeking an Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and support loan processing at our branches. You will interact with customers in person or by phone, handle loan applications, and maintain positive relationships while tracking loan status.

The role includes occasional travel and opportunities for monthly bonuses, with full-time benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) match.

Aufgaben

• Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep in contact regarding loan status.
• Contact customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments.
• Partner with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business.
