Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, and payments.
• Process payments, updates, and tax documents; document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and regulations.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawers, and perform bank runs.
• Meet performance expectations for sales, collections, tax prep, and account management.
