World Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and related services. The role involves daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Compensation starts at $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience and location, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, applications, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax-related documentation; maintain accurate records.
