Job summary

World Finance Corporation of Wisconsin is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, handle collections, and assist customers with tax preparation and account management. This on-site role requires daily outbound calls and in-person client meetings to meet financial needs.

You will balance cash, process payments, and maintain compliance while contributing to branch performance. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills are essential;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs and transport deposits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations, meeting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and assist customers with tax queries.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep services, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documents, and document all activity in company systems.
