You will manage early delinquency outreach and educate customers on loan terms, aiming for compliant, high-quality service in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments and balance transactions.
• Fluent or bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets and drive volume through outreach and follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and propose tailored financial solutions.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to support lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products for informed choices.
