Job summary

Regional Management Corp is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist to drive growth by understanding customer needs and delivering fast, friendly lending solutions. You will manage the loan lifecycle from application to repayment and will build relationships to grow sales across channels.

The role emphasizes compliance and operational excellence, with opportunities for training, advancement, and performance-based bonuses. Office-based, with typical Monday–Friday hours and some overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Preferred: Sales, collections, or customer service experience in a performance-driven environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion.
• Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections.
• Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
