Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Loan Specialist to join our on-site team in the United States. You will exceed loan sales targets, build relationships across the loan lifecycle, apply underwriting tools, and ensure compliant, accurate lending activity.

Compensation includes base pay from $17.50 to $23.00 per hour, plus a monthly bonus potential up to $1,200, with top performers earning total compensation up to $62,240 per year. Benefits include health, dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan lifecycle and recommending financial solutions.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to inform lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts through outbound calls, texts, and emails, arranging payments when needed.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products to ensure understanding.
• Multitask effectively to meet dynamic role demands.
