Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement, delivering results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers through the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while compliant with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments through phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive and goal orientation to achieve individual and team success.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products to ensure understanding of loans and options.
