OneMain Financial in Wisconsin is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to listen to customer needs and provide access to financing for life’s expenses. You will thrive in a competitive environment, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within a supportive team.

You will manage loan lifecycles, engage customers through phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems, and educate clients on loan options and insurance products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Location: On site.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations, delivering results for individual and branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers, presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, complying with laws and regulations.

• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal-oriented.
