Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers during loan process and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, complying with laws.
