• Build relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle and propose tailored solutions.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to support informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts and emails.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products to ensure understanding.
