Job summary

Regional Finance is hiring for an on-site Loan Specialist in California. You will exceed sales targets, engage customers, and guide lending decisions through credit underwriting while delivering personalized financial solutions.

Base pay starts at $17.50 to $23.00 per hour with a monthly bonus potential up to $1,200. Top performers can earn up to $62,240 in total compensation annually. Standard hours are Mon–Fri, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch-level loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships across the loan lifecycle with tailored financial solutions.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to guide lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails.
