Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results toward individual and branch goals.
• Develop connections and nurture existing ones through the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and maintain goal orientation.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
