Job summary

OneMain Financial is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access affordable financing for life’s expenses. You will listen to needs, engage customers across channels, and guide them through the loan process with a focus on service quality.

The role emphasizes meeting branch goals, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team. On-site schedule with some extended hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: sales, collections or customer service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to hit individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products to ensure understanding of loans, terms and options.
