Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and drive to meet branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers through the loan process and lifecycle, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections activities while staying compliant with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loan terms and options.
