Located on site in a collaborative branch environment, the role offers base pay plus incentives, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement to leadership positions such as Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering tailored loan solutions.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage loan life cycle and collections with regulatory compliance.
• Communicate via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan options and insurance products.
