Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely, efficient service
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement to hit branch goals
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms
