Job summary

World Finance Corporation of New Mexico is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist with tax returns. The role involves daily outbound calling, in-person client meetings, and closing loans to meet financial needs.

You will handle high-volume collections, deliver excellent service, and contribute to branch performance. Compensation is $16-$17 per hour plus performance-based bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather and review required documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
