World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers with financial needs in a busy branch. This role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and the ability to close loans while maintaining compliant records.

The FSR will work in a fast-paced environment with performance-based earnings and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Able to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and regulations.
