Job summary

World Finance seeks a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and banking needs. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and achieving sales and collections targets.

The position offers an hourly wage of $16–$19 with performance-based bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Local travel and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions as needed.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Balance cash, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
